Honor revealed the Magic 6 Pro, a future smartphone with fascinating artificial
intelligence features, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024. What's the big
deal with this? Imagine for a moment a phone that could monitor your eyes! You
are right, of course. You can practically open apps and use some of their
features just by looking at them thanks to this futuristic technology.
An AI-powered eye-tracking
function arrives with the Honor Magic 6 Pro!
Even if the eye-tracking feature
sounds fantastic, how practical will it actually be? The functionality was not
tested at MWC 2024, though, because it is not yet available for purchase in
other nations. We plan to release an update shortly. When Honor showed me a sample
video of the eye tracking feature at the event, I was dubious about its speed
and app compatibility. To what extent will it also be useful in our daily
lives? Maybe you can get by with simply glancing at your phone if you need to
use it for anything and your hands aren't clean in the kitchen.
Honor explained how this feature works. They showed in a
demo video how, in an app with four options, all you need to do is look at one
of them for a brief period of time. With the use of artificial intelligence (AI),
the device can monitor your eye movements, figure out what you want to do, and
then finish it for you. The movie itself did, however, imply that the
technology could not be particularly sophisticated. But let's wait to decide
without giving it a test.
As per the sources, the feature has the ability to recognize when you are
looking at the Dynamic Island interface notifications at the top of the screen
on the iPhone 15, and it may open the preferred app without requiring physical
contact with the device.
The Honor Magic 6 Pro's ability to intelligently identify
certain things from alerts is one of its fascinating features. It can save you
time and trouble by identifying important details from your emails, including
addresses or dates, and connecting them to your calendar app or maps. Honor is
also working on a feature that lets you turn your photos into videos with a few
keystrokes. How awesome is that? Honor did not, however, introduce this
breakthrough into the actual world; instead, it was showcased at the event.
Is the Honor Magic 6 Pro
making its way to India?
These days, the biggest worry for
everyone—especially in India—is when they will be able to purchase the Magic 6
Pro. HONOR hasn't disclosed the specifics just yet, but we're keeping a look
out for any updates. We are aware that it will either take a while to arrive or
not at all. But, you never know when the company will choose to sell it in
India or when its upcoming version with similar AI features will be available.
Thus far, nothing has been confirmed. Follow India Today for all the most
recent updates.
