Iphone 16 Pro Max
A tipster named Majin Bu (@MajinBuOfficial) disclosed the iPhone 16 series battery specifications on X. Rumor has it that the iPhone 16 Pro models would pack bigger batteries than the models that came before them. However, there are online reports stating that the iPhone 16 Plus will have a smaller battery than the model from the previous year.
Date of the iPhone 16's release
Similar to previous iPhone iterations, the iPhone 16 series is anticipated to be unveiled and released by Apple in the fall of 2024.
If all goes according to plan, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro models should be released in September. When the iPhone 12 was revealed in October 2020, this was the situation. This is what we currently expect, though things could always change.
iPhone 16: design
It appears that Apple may alter the basic model of the iPhone 16. In a recent MacRumors post, three different prototype versions with different designs are displayed. All three are nevertheless connected via a vertical twin camera arrangement. Most likely, the vertical arrangement is the result of using the Apple Vision Pro headset to capture spatial footage.
There are a few notable distinctions among the three prototypes. Similar to the iPhone X, one sports a camera shaped like a pill. Like the iPhone 12, the other two have different lenses. A single haptic volume button or conventional mechanical volume buttons with a capacitive Action button and a new Capture button are also included in these prototype designs.
iPhone 16: price
All of the iPhone 15 series' prices were predicted to rise, with the exception of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, whose 256GB variant now starts at $1,200. You may argue that model was the only one among the iPhone 15 lineup to see a "price increase".
Apple made enough money to cover the additional production costs even though the cost of the iPhone 15 component was at an all-time high. However, that may not occur in 2024, thus all iPhone 16 models may see a minor increase.
specifications for the iPhone 16
An A17 chip is anticipated for the entry-level iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus models. This CPU, however, most likely differs from the A17 Pro chip that powers the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. It's probable that Apple will employ a less expensive technique for a conventional "A17" CPU, which might be seen in the entry-level iPhone 16 models.
Analyst Jeff Pu believes Apple will take a different approach and just refer to the new CPUs as A18 and A18 Pro. This would imply that the A18 chip, which may be considered a "last generation" semiconductor, would be used in some capacity instead of the A17 CPU in all iPhone 16 versions.
